My first time with this vineyard, though I've had quite a bit of Rivers-Marie. I found it a touch too primary at this young age, but still a delightful wine. Pure sour cherry with a touch of minerality. Balance and finesse.

Rich dark cherries and earthiness. Developed nice depth and more complexity after about an hour in the decanter. More bottle age would probably do this wine some good. I'll hold my second bottle from this vintage for a few more years.
