Intense mint aromatics upon opening that subsided over the course of the meal. Visually a cloudy, garnet; initially wild cherry and cranberry flavor profile that evolved to cranberry being more prominent. Very interesting and fun adventure this bottle took us on. At the Chef and the Farmer
