Revisited a dear friend last night. This stuff is Central Italy stuffed into a bottle. Earthy, dusty, perfect red fruit character. Montepulciano on top of its game.

Pours dark and inky. Aroma of clay. Blackberries in the middle then bone dry. Then continuing bone dry. Then dry dry dry. The bottle had a lot of sediment

Smells like plums and cherries. Dark fruits. Orangish red hue like African clay. High acidity. Alcohol is a bit overpowering on the aftertaste.
