Oof, love the idea of methodological creativity, but I'm not sure the results are quite there yet. The resi just obliterates the structure and the detail. I'm pretty sure the grapes are decent, albeit faced with the usual booze/resi tradeoff from such a hot place, but I'd really like to see this fully dry.

Lacking in structure and nearly as sweet as ruby port. Great packaging but the product is not red wine

This was bought for the baroness senior. She likes a full bodied bottle. I knew there would be glares from the baroness but hey what the hell.... This is an explosion of wood, berrys and all things nice. It's complex and a test but by God it's worth it. They should rename this roller coaster as every taste sensor in your mouth wants it. This may help me move on from the politeness of a Pinot.. Whatever the occasion, feast or date this is your only man - if it's yo challenging for your guests give them a choice of boiled water or a can of some lager... Arise my new friend we will be together for the rest of the century... Thank you Bacchus, you have looked after me again..@Delectablewine Delectablewine

The table loved the wine. Well balanced, delicious and went with both foul and meat. A real crowd pleaser.
