2nd time, appreciated even more-blanched Jura style perfect pitch somehow, not a classic Burgundy style AT ALL, more for those who dig the funk

Not 4 all but love this slightly oxidized, plump but clean style. This maker makes from grapes in diff terroir incl Jura- this betrays his roots. Plus a good value.

I have said mean things about the wines I'm the past. No longer.

Wanted to test the waters of buttery Chardonnay, and it was a no go. I'm glad I tried this. The wine was complex enough to still be interesting, but I think I'd prefer something more balanced.

Beautiful straw color. Peaches and white flowers on the nose. Nice balance of acid and minerality with a little malolactic butter on the finish. I think I taste oak and a little jam. Preserved stone fruit

Half oaked? Balanced Chardonnay fruit, mild acidity, lively on its own and lively with food.

2011 good mid weight, nice nose and mid palate, clean slightly acidic finish

Ripe fruit - pear & apricot; nice finish
