Delicious! Intense appley fruit, very prominent stoney minerals, and even a subtle herbal note. Fresh, but very deep flavors. Overdelivers for a Kabbie.

Tasted in the course of a wine pairing during a pop-up dinner at Rijsel by S.I.P in Amsterdam. The wine accompanied a root veg second starter with lime, chili, toasted rice and shiso (perilla leaf)
