Pale pink color, light bodied with crisp acidity and very fine bubbles. Citrus notes and a hint of biscuit. My first English sparkling wine and I'm very impressed. Delicious sparkling wine.

Not quite as good as their brut offering, but they are making really good sparkling wine. Bright well balanced flavors and creamy mouse on finish. One of the better English producers I've had.
