Took an hour to open up in decanter. Initially heavy balsamic on the nose. Pepper and overly rich on first taste to the point of thinking oxidation. But settled into a balance of slight earth notes, soft but well rounded mouthfeel. Easy to drink and enjoyed with a nice buratta with crispy speck.
