Feb 11th, 2026Took an hour to open up in decanter. Initially heavy balsamic on the nose. Pepper and overly rich on first taste to the point of thinking oxidation. But settled into a balance of slight earth notes, soft but well rounded mouthfeel. Easy to drink and enjoyed with a nice buratta with crispy speck.
