Dispels my bias against this variety. Proof what can be achieved with a deft hand and pristine fruit.

Similar notes from 2 months ago, if anything it is putting on a bit more weight...aging very nicely!

A more subtle and elegant PS. Still medium to full body but the fruits are not as jammy and pronounced other PS's. BlackBerry, blueberry, and plum with tannins that are still showing.

Not as big as other PS but very good. Youthful and still developing. Tannins need a hour or so to soften and the fruit to shine through. Black and blue fruits with some cocoa.
