So much flavor and depth compared to Brochet and Bouchard side by side. Really taken aback by this wine. Here's my note: "Incredible. Marzipan, ginger, super deep. Buttery yet still lots of refreshing grapefruit acid at the back end. Clean, crisp yet really deep and long. Super cream soda like but delicious and most well-balanced of these three."
