Not ZIN! This is the Opaque Graciano from Paso Robles. 2017 vintage. Its pretty good BUT its a tad bit tart. The Stefano vineyard is a great California vineyard representing that Spanish Rioja region of Northern Spain. Please dont get me wrong. Its just a bit tart for my palate. I’m still going to drink every drop. Definitely bitter dark chocolate - 80% cocoa - and semi ripe blackberries and red raspberries.
