Jul 20th, 2014I thought about saving this for a couple of years but what the heck. I knew it would be a great wine right now and I couldn't resist opening it tonight. I'm not sorry I did. Spice and vanilla with moderate tannins. Very nice. #rosescafe1

Jan 20th, 2014Paired beautifully with grilled flank steak topped with a corn salsa! Supposed to be a wine that ages well, but was great now.

Dec 20th, 2019This is the 2011 Winemakers Reserve Syrah. Lots of candied red fruit on the nose and a medium body. Spice, caramel, and white pepper round out the palate. The candied sweet makes this wine hold up against a mildly spicy dish. Nice.
