Interesting natural sparkling. Tasted a bit like an IPA with a bitterness and a vivid acid frame which makes it easy to drink and digest. I was surprised that there wasn't much fruit in it

Almost cider like. Gorgeous color and cloudiness. A bit yeasty and dry. Natural, fresh. Somewhat uninspiring but I say that a lot and this was delicious nevertheless. Would drink again.
