Sourced from the Sea of Grapes block of Fox Creek Vineyard, these 50 year old vines produce fruit that is nothing less than intensity in a glass! The first impression shows an ultra-complex bouquet of fragrant black cherries, blackberry cobbler, red apple, and toasted oak with hints of maple glaze. This fascinating wine is deliciously fresh and juicy with flavors of black fruit, orange marmalade, and caramel that are rounded off with savory smoked meat on the finish. With a super plush mouth feel, the flavors and acidity of this wine seamlessly integrate into a framework of silk-like tannins.
