1998 Colheita Port

This uniquely Californian Port was made from the traditional Portuguese varietals grown here in the hillsides of Amador County. Although many producers in California produce Port inspired wines from the Zinfandel grape, we have chosen this traditional approach because of our grower’s conviction in the ability of the Portuguese varieties of Touriga, Alvaraho, Tinta Cao and Souzao to flourish in the Sierra Foothills.
