Shy at first, it really opened up on the second day, certainly some elevated CO2 that needed to blow off. Love the and pure red cherry and raspberry fruit, ripe, shows the sun profile of the vintage. Beneath the pepper, menthol, and stone fruit run about, followed by the meatiness. Has impact from the clay soils with its juicy mid-palate.
