brick-maroon, slightly clunky on the nose where an earthy beet-root muffles some floral characteristics, but the event is rescued on the palate where some nimble acids kick in and bring along something I can only describe as cherry toast. (^*~*^) perhaps just over the edge but still enjoyable for some late pandemic day-drinking.
