Fendant is my choice for Chasselas. This wine is has pleasurable aromas of white mountain flowers, a dash of fresh herbs, and rocks taken straight from a mountain stream. The flavors are fresh and bright. The balance is superb and the acidity is just right. I just noticed the pleasing long finish of which I didn’t expect. Cheeses and fish are a delight with this wine.
