Very nice balance of dark fruits and earthiness. The light not overpowering taste went well with the French seafood course. Dinner at Le Coco in Hiroshima October 2014.

Inky purple. Bright, (semi-)carbonic, spritz, but deep and brooding. What a nice blend of polar opposites that calls for serious food.
