Loads of honeyed overripe fruit, sweet flowers and earthy lanolin. Quite aromatic and a mouth coating body with a medium acidity lingering. I would say there’s a good amount of life left with the vibrancy of fruit and bright acidity. The length was impressive as well. Don’t underestimate kabinett!

Admittedly not the style of Kabi I prefer - definitely could be lighter, but the superiority of the site does reveal itself. Severely mineral and indeniably lengthy.
