Don’t mess with Kermit Lynch. His wines are always worth trying. Régis Minet is dominated by saffron and licorice. There is some citrus in there. But it’s hard to identify. It does matter though. I think anyone would appreciate this wine with some fish or seafood.

Clean and dry bright with a citrus and minerality. The way I like my Sauvignon Blanc. Could have more depth to the flavors and it would be top shelf.
