Thursday night and the wine of choice us another Sauvignon Blanc but Old World, the 2017 Régis Minet Pouilly-Fumé Vielles Vignes.
The nose brings nice notes of lime, green apple, pear, white peach, musk melon and good minerality.
The palate shows very nice lime, passionfruit, pear, herbs, lemongrass, mineral and wet slate.
This wine medium bodied with medium to medium + acidity that moves right into a clean long mineral, citrus finish that sits on the mid-palate pleasingly. One more day until the start of the weekend stay safe and we will be enjoying the weekend soon. Nostrovia! 🥂🥂🥂🥂 — 22 days ago

Great Willamette Rose for $25 from the legend, Tony Soter. Great acidity and restrained. Enjoyed it with my bride at the St Regis for Labor Day. Escaped the heat for a staycation. Record setting heat wave for SF, 105. — 2 years ago
