Bright plum red/purple color. Aromas of red cherry and fresh herbs. The palate is pretty complex with notes of red of cherries, strawberries, cranberries, rhubarb and orange zest. Just a touch of pleasant funk on the finish. Nice texture and consistent effervescence. Crisp acidity and well balanced. Quite refreshing on a hot summer day! Interesting, different and a pleasant surprise.
