Red Rock Winery
Reserve California Pinot Noir
Pairs better with a red sauce & red meats, not a great sipping wine.

Mild aroma of leather and smoked spices
Light bodied, some tannin, on the dry side, medium acidity, probably low/medium alcohol.
Very smooth and drinkable - vanilla was the first flavor that came to mind.
The bottle says raspberry jam, plum, and caramel oak too. I definitely get those but did not have the ability to identify them myself.
For ten dollars, I'm happy but probably would drink this as a sangria in the summer instead. It paired medicorely with a spicy bison burger and fried avocados.

Very light. Not a lot of flavor. Probably will not buy again.
