I like the variety that Red Heifer offers. The dry side is so smooth and we really enjoyed Red Heifer Red and Cabernet Savignon was very smooth, call it the altutude, maybe the soil...the white blend not too sweet and is a great summertime wine on a very hot day. The views are well worth the drive...even though we came at the edge of dusk.
