Big, bold and hearty. A good winter wine. That said I'm in Tahoe and still need it to get 20 degrees colder.

Too fruity. Almost tasted as if fruit juice and rubbing alcohol were mixed together. Letting it breath did not help.

A tart, closed wine, with a grapey undertone and a finish that lacks in length but maintains a high level of headiness.

Too tannic and fruity for me. I poured the entire bottle down the drain.

Such a vibrant fruity flavor that punches you in the mouth. Muhammad Ali is not dead...he was reincarnated into this wine.

Really interesting discovery. Deep red hues. Aroma is both spicy and fruity - vanilla, nutmeg. Very long and round finish. Would be great with dessert like an apple crisp.

Dry Creek Valley AVA. Medium deep red. Sweet black fruit in the nose. Round and a bit sweet, with a slight green touch in the finish. 2014 vintage. Abv. 15%.

Decanter for several hours and this seemed to be the ticket.

Opening was highly aromatic. Hint of aluminum and rubber hose. After 48 hours opened up a lot. Good hints of jammy red and black berries, red cherry, and white pepper (?).
