No doubt this is a Cab. Bell pepper layered over chocolate.

Green peppers licorice and baking spice on the nose. Young Cherries and shiny pennies. Raw cinnamon and leaves. This is a green cab. Not my fave.
Pairing with goat mozzarella enhances significantly. I like it with the cheese! Perhaps this is more of a food cab!

Notes of onion and green peppers. Do not want to drink a supreme pizza. Unripened fruit, not ready at all!

V15. Pretty good. Soft cedar and eucalyptus nose. Juicy blackberry and plum fruit. Smooth easy finish.

Fairly clear with medium-deep red concentration. No staining and virtually no tearing. Fairly underwhelming nose, brambley fruit, cocoa, mineral notes (slate?) charcoal. Almost all of the above is confirmed in the taste (except chocolate) but with the addition of olive and peppers/peppercorn. Moderate tannins. Good but I wish the nose was bigger and just more something
