Iām not a dan of chardonnays, but it was paired with prosciutto wrapped Carmody cheese and red pear. the cheese enhanced the butteriness of the wine and pear added to the crispness. i felt like i was eating what i was drinking!

Nice Chardonnay. Not too buttery. Light oak, grapefruit. Went well with grilled salmon
