Ram’s Gate Bismark Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2015: Full-bodied. Ample tannins. Complex layers of flavors: Blackberry, blueberry, dark cherry, plum, leather and some hints of vanilla & oak. Persistent long finish. For me, this was a sophisticated Sonoma Cab, more finesse and less powerful/overpowering than your typical Napa Cab. Really expressive, bright & fruity. Wow. How incredibly stupid of me to only buy one case. $35 was a ridiculous steal. This is bold, rich and brings berries, vanilla and tobacco flavors. Spectacular QPR
