Lightly extracted brick red in color. Bubble gum, menthol and phenol notes in nose, some strawberry with time. Medium grain mouth coating astringency initially. Kool Aid raspberry on finish with some bitterness; over time changes to strawberry and raspberry with less bitterness. Needs time to open

Very disappointing. Not much complexity and it's extremely sweet.

Dec 15th, 2015Not the best or the worst representation of Nebbiolo. Smokeyness and wood covers some tastes but a comfortable acidity still shines through. Light drinking. Worth the price.
