Cuvée Spéciale Sans Soufre Bien Nacido Vineyard Syrah

Cali core of ripe plum and brambled blackberry with northern rhone inflected black pepper. Well crafted.

Nose was incredible but acid was way too high and out of balance

Not a fan of the funk in this one. Light at 12% alcohol. Would not have thought it was a Syrah. Just not my favorite.

Wonderful floral notes while carrying a full body. Impressive!

I didn’t know Bien Nacido was in Northern Rhone... This is one of the best California Syrahs I’ve had in a while. Spectacular wine.
