One of my spring / summer pets (thanks @Maura Passanisi for introducing me). A Viognier picked so early that it can masquerade as Riesling: lemon/lime dominant, light summer jasmine, subtle hints of underripe nectarine and tropical fruit (mango?). Racy acidity. No grandma’s perfume here. Medium, buttery body. Excellent paired with coconut 🍤🍤🍤 tacos.
