Rackhouse was hand-harvested from very low-yielding Cabernet Sauvignon vines to produce a deep red color with flashes of violet and rick layers of succulent fruit. This special wine was then aged in old Bourbon white oak barrels for twelve months wrapping the plum, raisin, red berry and roasted pepper flavors in swathes of chocolate and vanilla. An expressive, complex wine like no other, with an unforgettable persistent, ripe fruit finish.
