Salem Wine Co. Gamay
Could be a cru Beaujolais! Great tart red fruit with a good dose of minerality. Drank over 2 days and it held up nicely.

Mar 4th, 2016Salem Wine Co. is Raj and Sahshi's "negociant label" for wines from purchased fruit (?) But this isn't purchased fruit...The younger block of Gamay at Seven Springs, the last year the two were bottled separately. (?) Love this wine, as good as any Gamay anywhere.
