Bombshell Sauv from Melka, as expected! The style weirdly reminded me of Pouilly-Fumé, with a flinty minerality and green melon on the nose. The acidity was medium plus, exhibiting a complex bouquet of tropical fruits, lemon peel, coconut, and a bit of vanilla to the finish. Went extremely well with a edamame humus with spiced chips, in an Asian flair restaurant. Could use some more of this one in my life.
