Another rare Douro Beauty, this is harder to find than most cult wines and unicorns! Beautifully expressive of place, with more red fruits and a little more opulence than the Rio. An exceptional wine and on my list of must finds.

17.5/20 (93/100) Аромат чёрного шоколада, ванили, спелых ягод черники и ежевики, чернослива и метола. Тельное с высокой кислотностью и довольно интенсивными, бархатистыми по текстуре танинами. Выраженная шоколадная горчинка во вкусе. Отлично!

GL Portugal tasting 2/15/17. Nose more fruit forward with red berries and some earthiness. Body that's balanced and complex and medium with good length. Lingering fruits and minerals. 9.2. 6 varietals. Toriga mostly. Found that growing then together leave too uniform maturation and fermented all together
