Deep black plum and blackberry... We've bought Crasto wines many times over the years... The brand has money behind it, but not to the extent that they need to sink a bunch of cash into crazy branding for their standard Douro blend. I like that. While no wine is really "cheap" in my area, at about $20, this one is in a pretty good sweet spot for what we look for in a weekday glass of wine.

Amazing value for $14. Highly recommended.
Black fruit and lavender aromas. Plum, violet, prunes, figs, and leather. If you like cabs or other more full body reds, definitely try this and other Portuguese reds. They are all great values and very good.

Wow! Cherries, red fruit. The wine is fruit forward with smooth tannins - not overly complex, but really good. Muscular, but smooth. This was a nice surprise from Portugal - red blend of various Touriga varieties from beautiful old vineyards. Incredible value! 2016 vintage on Oct 7, 2018

Brought back from Portugal. Amazing nose. Good finish. Not dry. Needs to open up a bit before drinking.

Aromatic and fruity with stone fruit and pineapple notes with a great balance of acidity and body to round it all out. Very good, especially for the mullah.
