Big & bold with smooth, velvety fine grained tannins and great berry acidity. Blueberry extreme with a touch of allspice and cloves and a whiff of orange peel. Nicely evolved (peaking probably right now) though a touch too sweet for my taste. Perfect match for a flank steak & green asparagus.
