Not bad. Seafood or cheese.

Delicate stone fruit (peach and plum) with nicely balanced salinity and a hint of rose. The effervescence is lingering and delicious.

Slightly fruity but dry. Tasty.

Sweet nose with surprising effervescence through the palate. Refreshing
