Good tannins, low acidity. Upfront sweet, dark fruits, jammy. Very easy to drink alone, and would pair well with spicy, “big” foods.

Sweet, but not unpleasant. No bite, very easy to drink. Enjoyable house wine.

Dry, medium body, light tannins, astringent. While Portuguese, pairs well with Italian morsels (we had it with Asiago cheese and Sopresata salami). Would also balance well with barbecued meats and other savory, higher fat content items.

2016 vintage is delucious. Cheap wine in a good way—super fruit forward, almost like raspberry jam, but without the sugar bite. Great drinking with spicy food or solo.
