Huge and grainy, became more nuanced after 3 hours of air.

Better than expected!

Lovely Merlot. Still a bite on the end to this one. Dark fruit has smoothed out on this one. Nice wine to celebrate with.

Quite smooth. Aerated it, probably should have decanted but ran out of time. Lots of fruit still left on this one. Can taste the Cab Franc in this one. Nice, nice wine.

Nice structure, good balance, integrated oak tannins, shame they don't make this anymore
