Jan 23rd, 2016Asked for a younger, sweeter Pinot with toffee characteristics, to go with a dish with lots of malt vinegar, brown sugar and onions. It's not that. A good drop - a little spicier and drier than I wanted. Would be nice with red meats, peppery rocket, antipasti.
