Sidra Espumante Sparkling Hard Cider

Have you ever experienced eating a blue cheese stuffed olive in the back car of the J train pulling into Bowery station, as a cider? I can't stop drinking this shit.

Wow. So funky. Tons of flavors. Tart fruit and cheesy. Really enjoyed this.

So funky but fascinating. Like horse piss and schwedddy balls meet backyard crab apple, Parmesan rind and sourdough.

Drinking a light bulb

The taste of those funny-looking, gnarled cider apples from old orchards might strike some as funky, but not as much as Basque cider to my palate. To me this is pretty, even delicate, and much more terroir based than most ciders out there. Can't wait to conjure cocktails with Quebrada!
