Agree with the tart and tannic reference. Delicious with sliced meats and cheese, def improved with a little air, lovely color too.

Fresh, transparent, red fruited. Almost like a very feminine Cru beaujolais but with Etna's distinctive dried earth grip (as opposed to Beaujolais' funkier organic earthiness).

A light, floral red. A little thin, but well made. Lemon, raspberry on the nose. Fuller on the palate. Glass #5 at Asta with Marmot #1.
