Agree with the tart and tannic reference. Delicious with sliced meats and cheese, def improved with a little air, lovely color too.

Fresh, transparent, red fruited. Almost like a very feminine Cru beaujolais but with Etna's distinctive dried earth grip (as opposed to Beaujolais' funkier organic earthiness).
