California Cabernet Sauvignon

Goes well with dark chocolate!

Although this has only received modest reviews, I find it to be a very drinkable CabSauv. Lots of black cherry and earthiness. The more it breathes the better it gets. I started with a rating in the 8's but as it opened it really got enjoyable.

Not much there cab-sav wise

Nice color, nice bouquet. Actually, a very nice wine in general. Rests comfortably on the pallet, but with very little aftertaste. Too bad about that, I wouldn’t mind it lingering a bit longer.

Smelled like manure ... couldn't get past the nose. It may be okay to cook with...

A bit flat tasting but very drinkable and good balance of sweetness and tartness. Would probably not buy again but would enjoy if offered.

Sweet but not too sweet.

Good drinkable table wine, pleasant.
