Wow. I'm not often surprised by a wine, but this is a revelation. Made from a fairly obscure white grape from the Loire, this is made in the "natural" style (e.g., no innoculation of cultured yeast, etc.). This exhibits a singularly unique flavor profile that I can only equate with a hypothetical blend of an aged ribolla gialla and a roussanne. Terrific!
