Peppery stewed strawberries

Peppery glou-glou. Light on its feet — and in my mouth!

Arch-Vin-de-Soif. So much fun. Paprika and exotic flower aromas dominate, but there's a juicy core of featherweight pink fruit. Grapefruit, Rainier cherries, underripe wild strawberry and raspberry. Crunchy. Would love to have this as my house wine. All the non-industry people I was with were crazy about it.

This is so enjoyable.

Light, light red, wet earth and stones, strawberry, watermelon and rose on the nose. Fairly tart with good acid early. Sweetened with some air and had a watermelon jolly rancher note on the finish. Elegant and easy to drink. Served lightly chilled.

First couple of mouthfuls worried it was a bit fussy for me, but by the end of the first glass - how wrong I was. Literally something for everyone. What a laff!

Opened this at work. It's mostly me drinking it but that's chill.
