Complex right out of the bottle, yet light and graceful. This is a wonderful Pinot that would pair well with a heavier fish and a lightly seasoned fowl. Deep baked red fruit notes permeate as it finishes with hints of bing cherry and a healthy dose of tannin. The nose is reminiscent of a good Burgundian. Cheers to the winemaker!
