A different beast than the Panek. This felt more balanced. The core of this had a similar fruit profile of blue and black fruits, but it had more charcoal, cedar, graphite to it for an added complexity. Between the two, I’d definitely hold this one longer.

Whoa! Big fella. Held your own alongside two vintages of first growths. Power, structure and enough hidden finesse to last for a good hibernation in the cellar. One of my favorite winemakers who continues to make noise all over the valley.

Big California Cab. Raisin, Dark cherry, tobacco and smokey on nose and tongue. Good tannins and great length. Love it.
