I write this comment tasting the dolcetto 2 days after opnening the bottle and preserved under vacuüm. It didn't loose any character. This contains an obvious quality factor. Medium bodied, sour cherries, short finish, discrete nose, I join the previous commentaries. Nothing spectacular, although fairly honest and very pleasing.

Vinous and fresh flower and fruit hint, with a small hint of wood. A good Crù of Dolcetto from Prunotto wineries!
